The journal includes headings in the following fields of science: 12.00.00 - Juridical sciences. It publishes scientific articles, scientific reviews, peer reviews and feedbacks.

 

Journal has been included in the Russian list of journals indexed on the terms of free full text publication. Five-year impact factor RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index) (2014) is 0,048.

The Journal has an official website of the information and telecommunications network Internet, where the information about the founder, publisher, editor-in-chief, editorial board with academic degree, academic rank of all its members, contact information, description of the journal, directions rules, review and publication of scientific articles, abstracts of scientific articles with keywords and reviews published in the last 2 years are in the open access in both Russian and English languages.

The journal provides a review of all the materials for their expert evaluation. Each scientific article has keywords and abstracts in both Russian and English languages. All scientific articles published have bibliographic lists, designed in accordance with the rules of publication.

Right direction, review and publication of scientific articles

All articles which come to the Editorial Office undergo independent reviewing (double-blind peer review). Reviewing is carried out confidentially. The author of the reviewed work is given an opportunity to study the text of the review.

Both members of the Editorial Board of Journal, and other experts having professional knowledge and experience in the specific scientific field, as a rule, doctors of sciences, professors can be invited to the reviewing of manuscripts. All reviewers have to be recognized specialists in the subject of the reviewed materials and have the publications on subject of the reviewed article for the last 3 years.

Copies of reviews are sent to authors of articles. Originals are stored in the Editorial staff within 5 years from the date of the articles' publication and by inquiries are provided in the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

In its publication activity the Journal keeps to the international standards of publishing ethics.
